Product features:High purity modified graphite felt is a new type of carbon fiber felt made by modifying carbon fiber. It has the advantages of high efficiency graphite felt and common carbon felt. It has the characteristics of good heat preservation, ultra-low ash content, long service life, and ultra-high cost performance. It is the preferred heat preservation material for high-purity monocrystalline silicon furnace, and can be used for drawing monocrystalline silicon for p-type, n-type and high-purity chips.
